Mount Fuji
A private journey to Mount Fuji, designed around your day — with a private car, English-speaking driver-guide, and a carefully paced itinerary.
An hour south of Tokyo: a 13th-century seaside capital of Zen temples and a giant open-air Buddha, paired with a small pilgrimage island for the afternoon. Gentle, varied, and good for mixed-age groups — with a Fuji view across the bay if the sky is clear.
Approximate times for a clear day. Your guide reorders freely for traffic, light and closures.

The little pilgrimage island — the bronze torii and shopping street, the Iwaya sea caves, and the Sea Candle tower for a Fuji view on a clear afternoon.

Hasedera has a moderate climb and Enoshima has steps (with paid escalators for most of it). The Great Buddha, the shrine approach and the coast are near-flat. We can plan a low-step version.
Mid-to-late June, when Hasedera and the Meigetsu-in "Ajisai Temple" are at their peak. We start early that month to beat the queues on the flower path.
Yes — Yuigahama and Shichirigahama are on the route, and we can build in time for a walk or a coffee with the surfers.
From Enoshima on a clear, dry afternoon — most reliable in winter. Summer haze often hides it. Your guide will tell you honestly what the day looks like.
